I. Introduction

We are Electronic Applications Artimar Ltd. (“ARTIMAR”), CNPJ: 61.549.010/0001-75 and this is our Privacy and Data Protection Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect, how it is used, stored,  shared, and your rights .

We act accordingly to the guidelines established in the General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”) and other technical standards and normative provisions on the subject, transparently and clearly about what we do with your data so that any User understands all the implications of uses, as well as your rights.

We at Artimar are also concerned with the security of your information and, through our policy, we want to demonstrate that privacy and protection of personal data are paramount issues for us, we take all due care, using the best security mechanisms and, information technology so  the personal data under our control is protected.

III. What Personal Data is collected by Artimar

We collect personally identifiable information – such as name, telephone number, email address, company you work for and position – by filling in contact forms or downloading our free content. Eventually, the request for some information can be made through direct contact between Artimar and users via email or telephone.

VIII. Deletion of information

Upon User's request, Personal Data may be deleted by Artimar.

Artimar is committed to making the best efforts to respond to all requests for data deletion in the shortest possible time.

The User declares that he is aware that, even in the event of a deletion request, (i) Artimar will respect the minimum information storage period determined by Brazilian legislation and (ii) some data may not be deleted due to a legal obligation of its maintenance by Artimar or compliance with a court order or request from a competent administrative authority.

IX. Minors

Artimar does not intentionally collect data from minors without prior authorization from those responsible, whether parents or legal representatives. XIII. Applicable Law and Venue

This Privacy Policy will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, and the São Paulo District Court will be elected to resolve any dispute, question or supervening doubt, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
